The House is made up of three buildings: the Tower, the Women House and the Steading. Each of our 72 guest bedrooms enjoy stunning views across the gardens or nearby Ecclesmachan Hills and are equipped to the very highest standards.
The Great Hall, Old Drawing Room and Library now form the hotel's dining room. The opulent oak panelling, family paintings and antiques all add to the restaurant’s traditional aura. The establishment has been awarded two AA Rosettes and we are particularly renowned for our prime beef dishes. Our chef and his team constantly receive excellent reviews from the most discerning food critics.
Informal dining is available in Peligrino’s Italian Bistro, while in our vaulted bar, you can try any of over 100 malt whiskies by a blazing, open fire.
Guests receive free access to the hotel’s exclusive leisure club. It houses an 18 metre swimming pool, sauna, solarium, steam room and gymnasium.
