Hotel D'Angleterre could have had six stars in the Danish hotel guide, if it had not been impossible to get more than five. The hotel is the most prominent in Copenhagen, and one of only two hotels to have achieved maximum points.
The hotel is built in colonial style in 1755. The hotel has all facilities and more. There is a 24-hours room service, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, sauna etc.
All the rooms are equipped with bath and toilet, Internet, mini-bar, telephone, cable TV, radio, bathrobes and hairdryers.
You can dine at the hotel's French gourmet-restaurant D'Angleterre or the international restaurant Wiinblad.
It is one of the most expensive hotels in the city, but the service is in top and the staff are very pleasant.
