The Old Ship Hotel, Brighton

The Old Ship Hotel has completed a £3 million-refurbishment programme, which has transformed it into one of Brighton's most impressive venues. Recently awarded with a prestigious four star rating, The Old Ship is located on the sea front and overlooks glorious beaches and famous piers. There are bustling cafes, bars, antique shops and boutiques surrounding the hotel, and it is only a short distance from the historic Royal Pavilion.
Dating back to 1559 The Old Ship is the oldest hotel in Brighton. The Prince Regent regularly stayed in the 19th Century when the hotel was a favourite haunt of the aristocracy, celebrities and smugglers! Today with a huge investment The Old Ship has been restored to its former glory, whilst reflecting the contemporary atmosphere of stylish Brighton.
The Old Ship has a fantastic new restaurant called 'Redz'. This informal brasserie style eatery blends sophistication into an airy and relaxed atmosphere. With mouth-watering dishes, superior wines, and idyllic sea views, Redz easily compares to any fun loving society cafe.
The Hotel has 152 stunning en suite bedrooms most having sea views. In the refurbishment the rooms have been totally transformed and are arguably some of the best in Brighton. You'll find them interesting and extremely comfortable, well equipped with just about every thing you'll need!
